The purpose of an AFF training is to prepare a student for solo jumping.

During training the student posses knowledge allowing him to perform a stable jump, learns how to maneuver his body in the air, change position, open main canopy of his parachute and pilot it to a safe landing on the DZ field.

Theoretical training is conducted at the same time as in air training. During the first AFF jumps the student is assisted by 2 AFF Instructors. After progressing through the basics, the student continues the training with one instructor until he is ready to make the examination jump which ends the course.

The theoretical training discusses all phases of the jump, the important altitudes, the area of competence needed to pass the practical examination and become a jumper. The complete course of training is videotaped by the instructor and debriefed after the jump.

We use new student rigs, equipped with AAD, which activate if the student or instructor fails to pull (open the main canopy) at a certain altitude. Each student is familiarized with the design and build of parachute system. He is taught the safety procedures and actions to be taken in different in air situation or equipment malfunctions .

Typical AFF training comprises of 7 to 10 jumps, can take 2 weekend or one longer term (link do kalendarzyka dlugie terminy). The students individual progression allows us to judge how long the training will take.

Out drop zone offers classic training Rusing the Static Line technique. After theoritical training the student jumps from the alititude of 4500 feet with automatic deployment of main canopy.
